Welcome to Recovery (and our product line ELXR). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, purchase of our products, and engagement with our subscription services.

By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase our products or register an account.

  • Compliance: You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Intent of Use

  • Formulations: Our beverages (AM and PM) are functional dietary supplements engineered for performance, hydration, and recovery support.

  • Not Medical Advice: Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by regulatory health authorities as medical treatments. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new dietary routine.

  • Product Availability: We reserve the right to limit sales quantities, discontinue formulations, or update product specifications without prior notice.

3. Purchases & Orders

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order for any reason.

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust prices prior to order confirmation.

  • Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all orders placed under your account.

4. Purchasing Options & Subscriptions

We offer two modes of acquisition for our recovery protocols:

A. Subscribe & Save

Selecting a subscription registers you for automated, recurring billing at your selected frequency:

  • The Starter Week (14 Cans): ₹2,499 for your first week (₹179/can). Renews automatically at ₹3,430/week (₹245/can). Includes free delivery.

  • The Monthly Protocol (56 Cans): ₹9,499 for your first month (₹170/can). Renews automatically at ₹11,704/month (₹209/can). Includes free delivery.

  • Modifications & Cancellation: You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Changes must be completed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Recurring orders already processed cannot be canceled.

B. One-Time Purchases

Single, non-recurring orders billed at standard retail rates:

  • The Starter Week (14 Cans): ₹3,500 billed once (₹250 per can), plus applicable shipping fees.

  • The Monthly Protocol (56 Cans): ₹14,000 billed once (₹250 per can), plus applicable shipping fees.

  • One-time purchases do not qualify for first-order discounts, recurring savings, or free shipping.

5. First-Order Guarantee & Refunds

  • Trial Policy: First-time subscription orders are eligible for our risk-free guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

  • Keep the Cans: Return shipment of the remaining product is not required for first-order claims.

  • Subsequent Orders: Recurring subscription renewals and one-time orders are final and non-refundable once shipped, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, designs, text, graphics, logos, product names (Recovery, ELXR), and software on this website are the exclusive property of Recovery and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials on this site is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Recovery, its directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

  • Any health complications resulting from individual sensitivities or undisclosed underlying conditions.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Recovery operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
