ELXR PM — The 9:30 PM Can

Evening · ELXR PM

The 9:30 PM Can.

ELXR PM is a zero-caffeine, zero-sugar evening drink, 20g protein, 2.5g of lab-measured glycine, magnesium, zinc and ~6g of prebiotic fibre, built to be the last calories of your day, around 9:30 pm. It replaces the cola, the cold coffee, the late snack, and closes the kitchen.

It's the evening half of the Recovery+ Protocol. ELXR AM is the other half of your day.

The PM can works by what we left out

ELXR PM · The 9:30pm can

Four absences. All of them checkable on the label:

Zero caffeine
by design, not by accident
Zero sugar
lab-tested
No melatonin
nothing hormonal, ever
No sedative herbs
nothing that knocks you out

Most evening drinks in India add things that fight your night, caffeine, sugar, or both. We built the PM can by subtraction: remove what fights the evening, supply the raw material your body works with overnight.

What's inside

  • 20g total protein, isolate-grade clear whey, over 90% protein by dry weight with zero fat, lab-tested, plus a supporting amino matrix, digesting through the longest fast of your day.
  • 2.5g of lab-measured glycine, the amount used in published pre-bed research1. An amino acid, not a sedative.
  • Magnesium + zinc, at their cleanest hour. India debates mineral forms endlessly; the quieter truth is that the Indian plate's phytates bind minerals before your body gets its chance. So we solved delivery instead: fully dissolved, in a form built to arrive, timed hours away from your dinner.
  • ~6g of prebiotic fibre, the gentler dose of the two cans.
  • Vitamin C, riding alongside the can's glycine, proline and lysine, the amino acids collagen is built from.

The 9:30 ritual

Same cue, new response. The hand that reaches for a cola or the fridge at 9:30 reaches for a cold can, except this one carries zero sugar and zero caffeine into the hour when most Indian evenings drink their sweetest.

~9:30 pm. At least two hours after dinner. The last calories of your day. Then the kitchen closes.

FAQ

Does it make me sleepy?

No. ELXR PM isn't a sedative and contains nothing that knocks you out. It works the other way, it removes the things that fight your evening (caffeine, sugar) and supplies the raw material your body uses overnight: 20g protein, 2.5g glycine, minerals in solution.

Why no caffeine?

Because it's an evening can, and evening caffeine has no business there. The AM can carries the day's caffeine, 74mg with breakfast is nearly gone by night. The PM can contains none, so your evening starts from zero. It's a feature we refused to add.

Can I take it after dinner?

Yes, that's the design: around 9:30 pm, at least two hours after dinner, as the last calories of your day. That timing also puts the can's magnesium and zinc hours away from your dinner's phytates, the mineral-binding compounds in cereal-legume meals.

Is glycine safe?

Glycine is an amino acid your body makes every day and your food already contains, the can carries 2.5g, right in the territory published research works with. It's a nutrient, not a drug. If you're pregnant, under 18, or managing a medical condition, check with your doctor first, our full list is on the FAQ.
