The Recovery+ Protocol — AM/PM Recovery System

India's AM/PM Recovery Drink System

A recovery drink system is a pair of drinks engineered around your day instead of your gym bag, one formula for the morning, a different one for the night. Recovery+ is India's first: ELXR AM for the start of your day, ELXR PM for the end of it.

Not two flavours of the same drink. Two different formulas, one loop.

Why two cans?

ELXR AM and ELXR PM cans lying side by side
ELXR AM + ELXR PM · Two formulas, one loop

Because your body doesn't want the same things at 7:30 am and 9:30 pm.

Morning-you needs fuel and a clear head. Night-you needs zero stimulation and raw material to rebuild with. Every all-in-one drink on the shelf ignores this and gives you one formula for both jobs, which is why it does neither well.

So we split the day:

☀️ ELXR AM 🌙 ELXR PM
The job Calm focus, clean start Wind-down, overnight rebuild
Protein 20g total 20g total
Caffeine 74mg, lab-measured Zero. By design.
With L-theanine (270mg), electrolytes, a full day's vitamin C Glycine (2.5g), magnesium, zinc, vitamin C
Fibre (prebiotic) ~15g ~6g
Sugar Zero, lab-tested Zero, lab-tested
When With breakfast ~9:30 pm, last thing you consume

What a full day looks like

Two cans = 40g of complete protein and about two-thirds of your day's fibre, on a plate that, for most of us, is 60%+ carbs and short on both1. No scoops, no shaker, no chalky milk texture. Open, drink, done.

☀️ 7:30 am, ELXR AM, with breakfast. Chai twenty minutes later, not with the can. Why the AM can works →

🌙 9:30 pm, ELXR PM, kitchen closed. No caffeine, no sugar, nothing that fights your evening. The last calories of your day. Why the PM can is different →

The part most brands won't tell you

Week one, your gut will notice. Each AM can carries about half a full day's fibre target on its own, and a gut that isn't used to it needs a few days to adapt. That's fibre doing its job, not something going wrong. Start with one can a day in week one if you're new to fibre. It settles.

We'd rather tell you now than have you find out and wonder.

FAQ

What is a recovery drink system?

Two different formulas timed to your day, a morning drink built for focus and fuel, an evening drink built for wind-down and overnight recovery, designed to work as one daily loop.

Is this just a protein shake?

No. Each can carries 20g protein, and not the ordinary kind: isolate, the highest grade whey is sold in, with zero fat in the can, lab-tested. But the point is what surrounds it: the AM can pairs it with caffeine + L-theanine and electrolytes; the PM can pairs it with glycine and magnesium, and deliberately contains no caffeine at all. A shake is an ingredient. This is a schedule.

Can I drink both cans every day?

That's the design, AM with breakfast, PM around 9:30 pm. If you're new to fibre, start with one can a day for the first week.

Is there really zero sugar?

Yes, lab-tested zero. Sweetness comes from sucralose and acesulfame-K, both within FSSAI limits.

Who should check with a doctor first?

Anyone pregnant or under 18 (the AM can contains caffeine), and anyone with a diagnosed kidney condition or a milk allergy, both cans contain milk-derived whey protein. Full list on our FAQ.
