Why a sealed can matters

The scoop problem. Every serving from a tub is a hand measurement. Heaped or level, packed or loose, the same scoop can swing by grams, which means the number on the label describes a serving you may never actually pour. And that's before the tub spends months open on a shelf, breathing air and moisture, shared across a household.
The open-container problem. An opened tub has no per-serving accountability. What's inside can be topped up, cut, or simply degrade, and nobody can prove what any single scoop contained. The label speaks per 100g; you consume per scoop; the gap between those two is where a mislabeled market hides.
What sealing changes. A sealed can fixes the serving at the factory, not at the kitchen counter. The contents are decided once, pasteurized, sealed, and can't be altered afterwards without it showing. One batch, one standard, every can in the run is the same drink.

Serialization is the part almost nobody does. Every can of ELXR AM and ELXR PM carries its own number. Batch 001 is 3,000 serialized cans, which means every single can traces to its batch, its production run, and its lab reports. A numbered can is a label you can hold us to; an anonymous scoop is not.
And a sealed can makes the numbers testable. Our zero sugar and zero fat aren't recipe calculations, they're what an accredited lab measured in the finished can. That's only possible because the finished can IS the serving. There's no honest way to lab-certify a hand scoop.

What does "serialized" mean?
Every can carries its own unique number tied to its batch. If you ever have a question about your specific can, that number traces it to its production run and its lab reports. It's the difference between "trust us" and "check us".
Can't a can be tampered with too?
A sealed, pasteurized can is closed once at filling and shows any interference, there's no reseal. That's structurally different from a container designed to be opened and re-opened for months.
Why does this cost more than powder?
Liquid processing, canning and per-unit quality control genuinely cost more than milling powder. You're paying for a serving that's fixed, sealed and verifiable, worth it exactly in proportion to how little you trust the market average.
